3.     Discuss the benefits of aerobic fitness.

4.     Demonstrate understanding of how to increase aerobic endurance.

5.     Participate in aerobic activities.

6.     Use action songs to promote exercise.

7.     Play, pause or stop a YouTube video.

8.     Write a comment or react to a video.

·       Perform an aerobic exercise.

·       Draw pictures depicting aerobic exercises.

·       Write a sentence stating the benefit of exercise.

·       Sing songs for fun and exercise.

·       Refer to class WhatsApp groups for videos from teachers, Micoud Primary School Facebook Page or District Five’s P.E. Classroom Facebook page. 



1.     Students can perform an aerobic exercise.

2.     Drawings and pictures depicting aerobic exercises.

3.     Sentence explaining the benefit of exercise.

4.     Pupils will say whether they were able to accomplish the activity.

5.     Students will write a comment or put an emotion about how they felt about the video.
