4.     Demonstrate understanding of how to increase aerobic endurance.

5.     Participate in aerobic activities.

6.     Use action songs to promote exercise.

7.     Play, pause or stop a YouTube video.

8.     Write a comment or react to a video.

·       Perform an aerobic exercise.

·       Draw pictures depicting aerobic exercises.

·       Write a sentence stating the benefit of exercise.

·       Sing songs for fun and exercise.

·       Refer to class WhatsApp groups for videos from teachers, Micoud Primary School Facebook Page or District Five’s P.E. Classroom Facebook page. 



1.     Students can perform an aerobic exercise.

2.     Drawings and pictures depicting aerobic exercises.

3.     Sentence explaining the benefit of exercise.

4.     Pupils will say whether they were able to accomplish the activity.

2.      Name two personal hygiene practices correctly.

3.      Demonstrate the proper way to brush the teeth.

4.      Participate in activities that would promote proper hygiene.

5.      Use action songs to promote proper hygiene.

6.      Play, pause or stop a YouTube video.

7.      Write a comment or react to a video.

·        Draw pictures to show that you are practicing proper hygiene.

·        Draw pictures to show that you are brushing your teeth.

·        Sing songs in English and in French about brushing teeth, washing hands, taking a shower and wearing clean clothes.

·        Refer to class WhatsApp groups for videos from teachers, your school’s or Micoud Primary School Facebook Page, or District Five’s P.E. Classroom Facebook page.
